As a fitting close for the TSS LIVE! 2014 season, we’re excited to have two of L.A.’s top original blues/roots acts, performing unplugged just for you… Wumbloozo and BullFish (keep reading…).

Award winning singer songwriter Michael Richard captures emotional photographs from his youth in New York City to adulthood in L.A. A life that has brought insight into success and failure with music that never stops questioning life. Michael’s CD “Confessin,” presents beautifully articulated music that appeals to both the heart and the mind. Blues, storytelling and personal confessions. Come share an enjoyable evening of music with Michael Richard and his songs of reflection, humor and narrative.
Joining him this evening is multi instrumentalist Greg Krueger whose melodic playing is a perfect accompaniment to Michael’s songs.

Local legend has it that long ago in a faraway land at a crossroads near the Mason-Dixon Line on a hot summers eve, stood a lonely slide-playing guitar-slinger from the Southside of Chicago. Suddenly a long, tall six-string bass man from the Valley of The Gabriels appeared while a harp-blowin’ lawman sat on a rock nearby. They played a few tunes as they wandered down the long and dusty highway. By-and-by they heard a magical voice coming from a nearby farm — and BullFish was born.
BullFish has evolved a unique style of original blues-based music with soaring vocals, powerful guitar, a big-fat bass and a soulful harp that will make you feel good all over. The BullFish band has played all over Southern California. From live shows to studio work they share a deep passion for music and a love of the blues that you can feel and hear when you see them perform. They are lighting up stages all over the Southland, whether they’re playing as an acoustic duo, trio or as a full band. BullFish believes the blues can fill your heart and set you free.
BullFish is closely associated with both the Los Angeles Blues Society and the Santa Clarita Valley Blues Society and were 2nd place winners of the Santa Clarita Valley Blues Society Battle of the Bands in the Solo/Duo category. They have performed at various blues and art festivals, benefits and local clubs throughout the Los Angeles/Pasadena area and are in the process of finishing up their first CD, Life is Fine.
